Celebrity couple Zara Noor Abbas and Asad Siddiqui, who starred together in the TV serial Zebaish, have been married since 2017. A shocking revelation was recently made by the husband, who claimed that they recently lost a child.

The death of a child, whether it is due to miscarriage, stillbirth, or at or after birth, brings grief, and that is what Zara and Asad had to cope with.

In an interview with Fuchsia Magazine, Asad discussed how he and his wife tragically lost a child. “We lost a baby a while ago,” he said. “It was not a miscarriage. Zara actually delivered a 5-6-month-old baby which I buried myself.”

“We named him Aurangzeb,” he added. “It was a good time when we got to know that we are going to have a baby but unfortunately some complications occurred due to which we lost our baby. It was a very difficult time for us, especially for Zara. She went through many breakdowns, hormonal changes, and much more.”

“I was quite depressed but I believe that everything happens with Allah’s will, whatever he has written on our fate, we will surely get it,” he continued. “You never know, maybe Allah has written something better for us.”

Have a look at the interview:

Actor Zara Noor Abbas recovered from covid in October last year and celebrated the victory with a photo dump of the things that kept her sane and occupied during her quarantine period.

“Past few days have been tough,” she wrote. “Tougher than I thought actually. But you see; coping mechanisms of your body and mind tame you in a way you’d never imagine. Furthermore, Allah only puts you in the tests as much as you CAN take – and then while going through it all, you pat yourself and realize your inner endurance and strength was always a blow away,” she continued.

“Forever grateful for my family for hanging in there with me. Some friends knew what I was going through. Thank you for your love and duas. Hoping for better times now. And trying to make each and every day count. In moments like these is when you realize that life is unpredictable and short. So live it!”

Being from a family where both her mother and aunts have become well-known in the entertainment industry, Zara is sometimes called a parchi, and in response to that, she previously shared how she grew up as a typical middle-class Pakistani girl.
