Lahore: (Web Desk) The Judicial Court in a written order against singer Mesha Shafi in Ali Zafar case has said that Mesha has made a mockery of law and justice process, she is playing hide and seek with the court. Judicial Magistrate Ghulam Murtaza Work has issued a four-page written order in the last hearing of the case against singer Ali Zafar for campaigning on social media.

Judicial Magistrate Ghulam Murtaza Work has issued a four-page written order in the last hearing of the case against singer Ali Zafar for campaigning on social media. In a written decision, the court remarked that Mesha Shafi has made a mockery of law and justice process. Mesha Shafi is playing hide and seek in the court. The court said that the trial was being adversely affected due to the absence of Mesha Shafi and Mahim Javed. The court said that arrest warrants have been issued for Mesha Shafi and Mahim Javed, giving them one last chance. The accused did not speak in accordance with the law in the petition, therefore their pleas for acquittal are also rejected. It may be recalled that at the last hearing, the district court had issued arrest warrants for the accused Mesha Shafi and Lena Ghani in the case of running social media campaign against Ali Zafar, giving the last chance to arrest the accused Ali Gul Pir and Lena Ghani Dismiss requests.
